Mjadala kuhusu ustawi wa jamii,  . Mambo kadhaa yanayohatarisha maisha ya binadamu kama njaa, magonjwa, maswala ya haki ya binadamu kama kuonewa na polisi, watu kufia kituo cha polisi yalijadiliwa. Ingawa takwimuzinaonyesha kuwa ustawi wa jamii nchini umeongezeka ila watu bado wanakufa mapema sana, makadirio wa umri wa kuishi kwa Tanzania ni miaka 65. Serikali pia imeonekana ikitumia huo mwanya kujinufaisha kwenye mifuko ya pensheni (HAFADHI YA JAMII) kwa kuwataka wastaafu wachukue asilimia 35 ya pensheni mara baada ya kuustaafu na inayobaki inalipwa kidogo kidogo kwa kuwa wanajua kuwa makadirio ya umri wa kuishi kwa mtanzania ni miaka 65. 

Wananchi wameeleza kuwa wajibu wa kwanza wa dola ni ustawi wa jamii. Ila pamoja na hilo, salama wa raia haupo, watu hufunga biashara mapema kwa kuhofia usalama wao juu ya mambo yanayoendelea kwenye jamii ya panya road ambao wamekuwa wakifanya matukio ya uhalifu katika kupora mali. 

Wananchi pia walitaja viongozi ambao wamepewa nafasi za serikali ambazo hawakustahili kutokana na mienendo yao na uvunjifu wa sheria hapo nyuma. Pia huduma za jamii kama umeme na maji bado zimeonekana kuwa ni changamoto katika shughuli za uzalishaji hasa kwa wananchi wenye kipato cha chini ambao wanalipwa kwa siku. Mfumuko wa bei nchini umekua ni tatizo kwa wananchi kwani hata upatikanaji wa mahitaji ya msingi imekua ni vigumu, hivyo wananchi hawawezi kustawi katika mfumuko wa bei. Suluhu katika hili ni upatikanaji wa katia itakayoleta maendeleo ya watu na sio vitu.

This e discussion centered on examining the welfare of the Tanzanian people. Several things that endanger human welfare such as hunger, diseases, human rights issues such as oppression by the police, people dying while in the police custody were discussed. Although the statistics show that social welfare in the country has improved, life expectancy of the Tanzanian people is still low with the estimated life expectancy being at 65 years. The government has also been seen to use that as an opportunity to take advantage of the pension funds by handling 35 percent of the pension upfront upon retirement and paying the rest in installments.

Citizens stated that the first responsibility of the government is the welfare of society. But regardless of that, there is no public safety, people close their businesses early in fear for their safety and that of their belongings with the ongoing events conducted by the so called Panya road who have been committing crimes in looting property.

Citizens also mentioned leaders who have been given government positions without deserving the posts due to their actions that violated the law in the past. Social services such as electricity and water are still seen as a challenge in production activities, especially for low-income citizens who are dependent on daily wages. Inflation in the country has also become a problem towards the welfare of the people as it has been acting as a setback towards attaining the human basic needs hence making it difficult for people to  thrive in inflation. The common goal as a solution is the attainment of a new constitution that will ensure the improvement in the welfare of the people and not just things.
