Sheria ya rasilimali imekataza kesi za rasilimali zetu zisishtakiwe nje lakini bado serikali yetu wamesaini mkataba wa bandari ambao umekiuka sheria za nchi pamoja na katiba. Serikali imeendelea kutumia vitisho na ubabe kwa wananchi wanaotoa hoja zao juu ya mkataba huu wa kinyonyaji. Vyombo vya serikali yetu vinaamini kutii sheria za viongozi ni kuu kuliko sheria za nchi na katiba na kutokana na hili wameunga mkono Rais kukiuka ibara ya 35 na ibara ndogo ya 5 ya katiba ambayo aliiapa kuilinda hivyo ni swala la wazi kuwa rasilimali yrtu ya bandari zimepewa bure kwa wageni. Viongozi wetu hawaheshimu sheria hivyo kupelekea utawala wa ghasia unaoongozwa kwa hisia. Utawala wa vitisho huwa na madhara makubwa mbeleni kwani huweza kupelekea mchafuko katika nchi na kama Taifa hatupaswi kufika huko.
Rais kumchagua Waziri Mchengerwa ambaye pia ni mkwe wake kama waziri wa TAMISEMI ni kujihakikishia kuwa chama chake kitapita kwenye chaguzi za serikali za mitaa. Jambo hili linatakiwa lipingwe kwa nguvu zote kwani Mchengerwa hafai kuwa waziri wa TAMISEMI na TAMISEMI haifai kusimamia uchaguzi kwani imekula njama ya wazi kuiptisha Chama Cha Mapinduzi kama mshindi, hivyo tutategemea yaliyotokea kwenye uchaguzi wa 2019 kutokea tena 2024. Kama wananchi hatuwezi kunyamazia masuasla haya. Utawala bora sio kipaumbele cha serikali yetu na utawala bora, utawala wa sheria, utawala wa kidemokrasia  huzaa ubunifu, na serikali yenye uadilifu, uaminifu na utendaji. Hivyo, kila mtanzania inabidi aone ana fursa ya kuwajibika katika kuitaka Katiba mpya.

The law governing our resources has forbidden cases of our resources to be prosecuted abroad but still our government has signed the port agreement with DP World that has violated not only the laws of the country but the constitution as well. The government has continued to use intimidation and tyranny on citizens who voice their opinions on this exploitative contract. The institutions of our government believe that obeying the laws set by mere government leaders is greater than obeying the laws of the country and the constitution and due to this they have supported the President to violate article 35 and sub-article 5 of the constitution which she swore to protect so it is without question that our port resources have been given for free to foreigners. The President’s appointment of Minister Mchengerwa who is also his son in law as TAMISEMI minister is to assure herself that her party will pass the local government elections. This stand should be opposed with all the strength because given the conflict of interest, Mchengerwa is not fit to be the minister of TAMISEMI and TAMISEMI should not manage the elections because it has openly conspire to vote for the Chama Cha Mapinduzi as the winner. Hence we will expect what happened during the 2019 election to happen again in 2024. Our leaders do not respect the law thus leading to a reign of violence and terror led by emotions of those in power. The reign of terror has serious consequences in the future as it can lead to chaos in the country and as a nation we should not get there. As citizens, we cannot remain silent on these issues. Good governance is not the priority of our government and good governance, the rule of law, democratic governance gives birth to creativity, and a government with integrity, trust and good performance. Thus, every Tanzanian must see that he has the opportunity to be responsible in calling for a new Constitution.
