Dhuluma ni matokeo ya udhaifu wa mfumo uliopo. Mifumo yetu inabariki dhulma na haisisitizi uwajibikaji wa viongozi kwa wananchi, madaraka yamekuwa ndio dirisha la dhulma, wizi, rushwa na kila aina ya uovu na uchafu amabao unawatesa wananchi. Serikali imekuwa ikihamisha watu kutoka kwenye maeneo yao  bila kupewa fidia au kupewa fidia isiyotosheleza. Wananchi wamechoshwa na mifumo mibovu na kandamizi inayopelekea maisha magumu na mateso kwao. Dhulma katika nchi hii imekuwa sehemu ya kunyongonyeza haki za watu na kushindwa kupaza sauti zao na kuwa huru. #KatibaMpya itatakiwa kutambua na kuondoa tabia za dhulma na kuweka mwarobaini wa kudumu kwa maana ya uwajibishaji bila kinga kwa kiongozi yoyote. Ni wananchi pekee ndio huamua kubadili nchi yao.
Dhulma itakoma nchini kama upatikanaji wa #KatibaMpya utafanywa na wananchi wenye lakini ukifanywa na wanasiasa dhulma haitakoma kwa sababu watajenga mazingira ya kujinufaisha wenyewe. Kupigania mabadiliko ya katiba ni lazima iwe agenda ya wananchi wote kwani kuzuia dhulma kabla ya #KatibaMpya ni ndoto. #KatibaMpya ni lazima kwa ajili ya kuzuia dhulma na mambo mengineyo mengi maovu ili kujenga misingi ya haki. Ni muda mzuri wa wananchi kuweka siasa zao pembeni na kuungana ili kufanikisha kupata #KatibaMpya kwa kuwa #KatibaMpya ndio itasaidia wananchi kupata haki zao.

ENGLISH VERSION 

Presence of injustice is the result of the weakness of the existing governing system. Our governing systems place an emphasis on tyranny and do not emphasize the accountability of leaders to the people, power has become the window of opportunity for tyranny leadership, theft, corruption and all kinds of evil and filth that torments the people. The government has been evacuating people from their ancestral homes without or with insufficient compensation. Citizens are tired of the corrupt and oppressive systems that lead to suffering and difficulties in their  lives.
Injustice in this country has become part of suppressing people's rights and failing to raise their voices and be free. A new constitution is required to identify and eliminate all forms of injustice and set a permanent neem in the sense of accountability without immunity for government leaders with high positions. Injustice will be put to rest if the processes for a new constitution are done by the citizens and not by politicians, as politicians will never cease to create an environment that will only benefit themselves. A new constitution is necessary to prevent injustice and many other evil things in order to build the foundations of justice. It's a good time for the people to put their political ideologies aside and unite to achieve a common goal of a new constitution that will ensure citizens of their rights.
