Kila mwaka kumekua na #CAGReport ambayo kwa kiwango kikubwa itaonyesha ubadhirifu, uzembe au wizi lakini hakuna hatua zinazochukuliwa na mamlaka za uteuzi. Kutokana na #CAGReport  wananchi wanategemea kuona ofisi zilizokutwa na mapungufu hasa kwa hasara na mapato yasiyo onekana zikiwajibishwa a viongozi wa taasisi hizo wakitolewa kwenye nafasi zao ili kuongeza hali ya usimamizi wa fedha za umma kuimarika. Shirika la Reli, TRC pamoja na kwamba sio shirika linaloingiza fedha sana, lakini ni moja ya shirika limeingiza hasara kubwa kwa Taifa, zaidi ya Trilioni moja ni hasara kutoka kwa shirika hili na hakuna hatua zimechukuliwa.
Wakurugenzi wa mashirika yaliyosababisha hasara, ubadhilifu au uzembe wanatakiwa kuchukuliwa hatua kinidhamu kwani hatuna faida yeyote kufanya ukaguzi kila mwaka, wakati kila #CAGReport  inapotoka Bunge na TAKUKURU wanatumika kusafisha waliotajwa bila kueleza umma wamefikia vipi maamuzi hayo. Uwajibikaji ni pamoja na kuacha ofisi pale inapokuwa imehusika na masuala ambayo ni mabaya, yasiyo na maadili au yenye mashaka. Ni wajibu wetu sisi wananchi kuchukua hatua kuhusu uwajiibikaji pale ambapo #CAGReport  inapopuuzwa na serikali au chama tawala, wabadhilifu na wazembe wachukuliwe hatua.

ENGLISH VERSION 

Every year there has been a #CAGReport which to a large extent will show wastage, negligence or theft but no action is taken by the authorities. Due to the #CAGReport, the people expect to see the offices found with deficiencies, especially for losses and irregular income, being held accountable and the leaders of those respective institutions being removed from their positions in order to improve the state of public financial management. The Tanzania Railway Corporation, TRC, despite the fact that it is not a government institution that generates a lot of income but it is one of the government institutions that has incurred huge losses to the Nation, more than one trillion in loss has been accounted to this institution and yet no measures have been taken.

 The directors of institutions that bring the nation to huge losses, or seen to waste public funds or seen negligible, disciplinary action  should be taken upon them. This is because there is no benefit to conduct audits every year, when with every #CAGReport that comes out, the Parliament and the Prevention and Combating Corruption Bureau (PCCB) are used as tools to clean up those at fault for misuse of public funds without explaining to the public how they reached such decisions. Accountability measures include demoting those in the office when it is involved in matters that are bad, unethical or questionable. It is our duty as citizens to take action regarding leaders accountability when #CAGReport is ignored by the government or the ruling party, the corrupt and negligent should be taken into action.
