Ili #KatibaMpya  ipatikane, Serikali inabidi iwe na dhamira njema na ya dhati ya kuleta katiba mpya na maoni yawe ya wananchi na si chama cha siasa. Wananchi wamehimizana kutokukubali kuanza mchakato wa kupata katiba mpya bila ya kuwa na sheria itakayoongoza mchakato mzima. Sambamba na hilo, Bunge la Katiba litengenezwe nje ya ushawishi wa kisiasa na liwe lenye uwakilishi wa wananchi. Hii itaepusha mikanganyiko ya kisiasa kwani bunge letu la sasa linaundwa na wanasiasa wa vyama vya kisiasa ambao wanatimiza matakwa ya kisiasa.

Ili katiba ya wananchi ipatikane, ni lazima kila Mtanzania achukue nafasi yake katika kupigania haki ya kupata katiba hii. Waandishi wa habari wanatakiwa kutumia majukwaa yao kuhakikisha kuwa wanawakilisha matakwa ya Wananchi ya uhitaji wa #KatibaMpya . Wananchi wachukue nafasi kujikita katika majukwaa yanayopaza sauti za wananchi kama Maria space ili kuweza kupaza sauti juu ya hitaji hili la muhimu.

Watanzania wengi wanaunga mkono kuwa mchakato wa #KatibaMpya ulishafikia pazuri na itakua vyema kama mchakato ukafufuliwa kwa kuanza kujadili maoni ya wananchi ambayo yamewasilishwa vyema katika Rasimu ya Jaji Warioba.

In order for a new constitution to be achieved in Tanzania, the Government must have a sincere intention of providing its citizens with a new constitution and the opinions for the new constitution must be from the people and not a particular political party. Citizens have encouraged each other not to condone with resuming the processes for a new constitution without first obtaining a constitutional law that will guide the entire process. Along with that, the Constituent Assembly that will review the constitution draft should be created outside of political influence and the majority should be representatives of the people and not specific groups from the society. This will avoid political manipulation by the government as our current parliament is made up of politicians who work to fulfill the political demands of their political parties and not otherwise.

In order for the people's constitution to be achieved, every Tanzanian must take his/her place in the fight for the right to obtain the new constitution. Journalists should use their platforms to ensure that they represent the wishes and demands of the people for a new constitution. Citizens should take the opportunity to engage themselves on platforms that raise citizens' voices like Maria space so as to amplify their voices on the important need. 

Many Tanzanians are in agreement that the process of the new constitution has reached a good point and it will only be better if the process is resumed by discussing the opinions of the people which are well presented in the Warioba’s constitution draft.
