Serikali yetu haina dira kama nchi, kila Rais anakuja na Sera zake hivyo haijulikani tunaelekea wapi kama taifa. Uongozi umekuwa ukitumia vibaya rasilimali za nchi mfano mzuri ni mabango na misafara wa Rais ambapo pesa nyingi hutumika pasipo kuwa na ulazima wakati watu hawana huduma za msingi kama afya na elimu. Kazi ya kuutoa uongozi ambao haulengi maendeleo ya wananchi kama kipaumbele ni kazi ya wananchi wote kwani kila mtu amelizwa kiakili, kihisia katika kupigania haki na mabadiliko.

Ili maridhiano yawe ya kitaifa na si kisiasa ni lazima mori na muamko uwe wa kitaifa. Inabidi wananchi waache kushashabikia mambo yasiyo na tija na kujikita kwenye mambo ya maendeleo ya nchi. Mapambano yasiachiwe kwa viongozi tuu bali kila mtu achukue sehemu yake katika kupigania mabadiliko tunayohitaji kuona kwenye jamii yetu.

Wakati tunafanya harakati ya kupigania katibampya ni lazima tufanye na harakati ya kuadilisha fiikra za watu kutoka fikra hasi ili wawe na fikra chanya. Wananchi wametaka wawekwe wazi juu ya yanayoendelea kuhusiana na maridhiano yawe wazi kwa wananchi ili waweze kujua hatua za kuchukua. Lakini pia viongozi wameshauriwa watengeneze majukwaa ya kuwaelimisha wananchi juu ya majukumu yao na nafasi yao katika harakati zinazoendelea.

Our government does not have a vision as a country; every President comes with his policies so it is not clear where we are headed as a nation. The leadership has been abusing the country's resources; a good example is the President's posters and caravans where a lot of money is spent unnecessarily while there are still citizens who do not have basic services such as health and education. The work of overthrowing a leadership that does not place the welfare of the people as a priority is the work of all citizens because everyone has experience a fair share of mental and emotional torture in the fight for justice and change.

In order for the reconciliation movement to be national and not political, the motivation and awakening must also be nationwide. People have to stop cheering for unproductive things and instead concentrate on matters concerning the development of the nation. The struggle towards a true democracy should not be left merely to the leaders but everyone should take their part in fighting for the change we wish to see in our country.

While in the movement towards fighting for the new constitution, Tanzanians must also make a movement to change people's mindsets from negative to positive mindsets that view that change is attainable. Citizens have requested their leaders to put to light whatever is on with concerns to the political reconciliation so that they can know the steps to take. Leaders have also been advised to create platforms to educate the public about their responsibilities and their role in the ongoing movement.
