Usalama wa raia ni moja kati ya jukumuu kuu la serikali.  Jeshi la Polisi kama chombo cha ulinzi cha serikali lina wajibu wa kuhakikisha usalama na ulinzi wa raia na mali zao kwa kutunza amani na usalama, kutunza sheria na utulivu, kuzuia na kutambua uhalifu, kukamata na kutunza wahalifu na kulinda mali lakini polisi wameonekana kuchochea maovu na ukatili katika jamii kufikia hatua ya wananchi kuogopa polisi. 

Ugumu wa maisha umekuwa ni chimbuko la vikundi vya wezi maarufu kama Panya road ambao hivi karibuni waliuwawa mikononi mwa polisi. Pamoja na wezi hawa kuleta  ghasia kwenye jamii, wananchi wamehoji kitendo cha polisi kuwauwa vijana hawa kwa risasi kwani waliweza kuwadhibiti bila ya kuwauwa. Wananchi wameliomba jeshi la polisi kufanya kazi yake ya kuhakikisha kuwa matukio ya uhalifu hayatokei. Kutokana na ilivyozoeleka kwa jeshi la polisi kufanya  vitendo vya kikatili imewaacha wananchi wakihoji kama uchunguzi ulifanyika kubaini kama ni kweli kwamba hao vijana wa panya road waliouwawa mikononi walikuwa ni panya road kweli na wamelitaka jeshi la polisi kutoa maelezo juu ya mauaji hayo.

 Wananchi hawako salama kwani hata sakata la Loliondo limeonyesha wazi kwani licha ya serikali na polisi kutoruhusiwa kutumia nguvu kwenye kuondoa raia ila hivyo sivyo ilivyofanyika kwa liliondo. Kwa upande wa uchumi, wananchi wametoa maoni juu ya mfumo wetu wa elimu tulioachiwa na wakoloni ambao umekua butu kwa miaka sitini kwa kushindwa kumuwezesha mtanzania kujitegemea pindi amalizapo shule. Wananchi wamependekeza mabadiliko juu ya mfumo wetu wa elimu ili uwe shirikishi na ihisishe mafunzo kwa vitendo ili imuwezeshe kijana kujitegemea na kujiajiri pindi anapomaliza shule.

Citizen security is one of the main responsibilities of the government. The Police Force as a government security agency has the responsibility to ensure the safety and protection of citizens and their property by maintaining peace and security, maintaining law and order, preventing and detecting crime, arresting and taking care of criminals and protecting property but the police have been seen to encourage evil and violence in society to the point where people are afraid of the police. Tough economic times have been the origin of famous theft groups like Panya road who were recently killed in the hands of the police. 

Together with these thieves being the cause of chaos to the community, citizens have questioned the action of the police to kill these young men because they were able to contain them without having them killed. Citizens have asked the police force to do its job to ensure that crime incidents do not occur. Due to police force brutality, it has left the citizens questioning whether an investigation was done to determine whether these young thieves that were killed in the hands of the police were truly thieves. Citizens have asked the police force to give an explanation on the murder. Citizens are not safe as even the Loliondo saga has clearly shown that despite the government being restricted from using force to evict citizens from their residential land the government used force and evicted citizens. 

In terms of the economy, citizens have commented on our educational system left by the colonialists, which has grown dull for sixty years by failing to enable Tanzanians to be independent when they finish school. Citizens have proposed changes to our education system so that it is participatory and has practical training to enable young people to be independent and self-employed when they finish school.
